Mr. Conine is a Cornell University School of Hotel Administration graduate with over three decades of leadership in corporate and field-level HR, Risk Management, Labor Relations and Synergy Consulting teams in the restaurant, commercial foodservice and hotel industries.

During the fifteen years immediately preceding the founding of HHRS Mr. Conine was the principal HR and administration officer at restaurant companies that were majority-owned by private equity firms KarpReilly LLC and Castle Harlan, Inc. respectively.
